- Safari tours are fully controlled and managed by the Forest Department of Tadoba.
- Confirmed booking amounts are non-refundable.
- Any safari zone may be allotted based on availability, and zones can be changed depending on availability.
- Please ensure all details entered during booking are correct. Any errors or typos may cause issues during your safari.
- After booking, you will receive vouchers, invoices, or confirmations. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours in receiving these.
- Any increase in rates by the Forest Department or hotels, without prior notice, must be paid by you. If you refuse, your safari tour may be canceled.
- For hotel bookings, a minimum of 50% payment is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% should be paid at check-in or at the start of the tour.
- Full refunds for the safari tour will be provided only in case of unavailability or technical issues.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage during the tour.
- Tour rates may increase during festivals, public holidays, or long weekends.
- Payments must be made directly to the designated bank account or payment gateway. Accepted modes include Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
- If you pay the advance but refuse to pay the remaining amount, your tour will be canceled and the advance will not be refunded.
- Booking confirmation and vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
