- The safari booking amount is non-refundable.
Tour Package Cancellation:
Refunds for tour packages depend on the timing of cancellation as follows:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be deducted; 90% will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before the tour: 30% of the tour cost will be deducted; 70% will be refunded.
- Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the tour: 40% of the tour cost will be deducted; 60% will be refunded.
- Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be deducted; 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour: No refund.
Note:- Amount will refund in your same account within 5-7 working days.
Limitations and Liabilities:
- Any increase in permit fees by the Forest Department will be charged additionally and must be paid by the customer.
